We had requests that were a little out of the ordinary and needed somebody that would certainly look out for our best interest through the process. Someone that would look for all the reasons to make these requests happen, instead of excuses in how they can’t happen. With that in mind we went with Deb to ensure we had the finest opportunity in achieving these request.
1) We needed our home sold in 30 days.
2) We needed to be able to rent the home back from the buyer for 5 months.
3) We would like the buyer to purchase our household furniture (did not want to move it) as well.
