I sold an investment property and 1031 exchanged the money. Deb and Shannon facilitated a smooth process. Even with a difficult buyer of the home. I’ve known Deb for years and still believe she is fair, honest and hard working. The girl needs to take some days off! She worked weekends and holidays. Everyone was always available to help out- which is what impressed me the most during my experiences.
