The Y

Located roughly 5 miles away from the casinos and Heavenly Ski Resort, The Y is located right where Highway 50 and Highway 89 intersect.  The Y is located close to several dining options, schools, local businesses and grocery shopping, making any amenity easy to access. In fact, over the course of the last couple years, this neighborhood has become a popular location for new businesses. TJ Maxx, BevMo, Tahoe SUP and more have picked this area to open their doors to the public. Also nearby are Camp Richardson, Emerald Bay and Valhalla. Along with these attractions come several outdoor activities such as biking, camping and hiking.

Homes located in this area are mixed. While you can find some of the most affordable homes in Tahoe here, there is also new construction available as well remodels. Lots in here are typically of a flatter terrain and 5,000 sq. ft. in size. The view usually consists of forest, since that is the predominant surroundings.
