From the minute I met Deb, I knew she was the one to sell my house. She had a game plan which was executed just as planned, but the key was her communication. This was a challenging sale for it was a log home situated in Christmas Valley. We knew it would take a special person and when that person was finally found, while going through the closing process, Tahoe was in the middle of a raging forest fire (The Caldor Fire). It was an emotional roller coaster. Through it all, Deb remained cool knowing closing during this wildfire was slim to none. We thought, “It is going to close.” then “Not enough time.” then “The house was going to burn.” Guess what? Tuesday morning she called me and I heard the words, “It is closing!” Nobody else could have gotten this done! By a miracle and amazing firefighters, Christmas Valley was saved!
