Working with Deb Howard’s group
is a special process, we are recurring
customers and this is the 4th transaction done with Deb’s
company. All four experiences were good (three houses bought
and one sold). We in all cases had visibility over the
market trends, the available inventory, and price and features
comparisons with other properties. We also had the professional
guidance and the support through the process. This round
we had the opportunity to work with Drew Kondo who brought
to the process infinite patience, knowledge, an intelligent
approach to the discovery process (we purchase a REO which
comes with a different set of challenges) and attention
to the buyer needs. I personally think that Drew was so
tuned on what we want that he found the “dream house” for
us. Also his work in providing county records in lieu of
the missing bank disclosures helped in the decision process.
Amanda was great on project management, and keeping the
communication open with everybody. Thank you Deb for putting
together such a competent team, and thank you Drew for
the house find.

needed somebody that would certainly look out for our best
